This Privacy Policy describes how Twenty One West Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us") handles information through the Little Star service ("the Service") at little-star.co. We operate under a "Privacy-First" mandate: we do not sell or monetize your data.

We collect only the essential data required to fulfill and personalize your order:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Name, phone number, email address, and physical address for account management and delivery updates.

  • Likeness Data: Images provided by you for the sole purpose of artistic character generation.

  • Personalization Data: Information used to customize the story narrative, which may include a child’s name, birth date, hometown, or other specific preferences provided by you during the order flow.

  • Order Metadata: Shipping address and transaction history.

3. AI PROCESSING & DATA USAGE

  • Privacy Configuration: We prioritize providers that offer contractually isolated processing. Our Service is configured to utilize API-level data protections which prevent the use of your likeness or personalization data for third-party model development or algorithmic improvement.

  • Non-Authorized Training: The Company does not authorize or permit the use of your uploaded images or personalization data for the training, improvement, or "fine-tuning" of third-party Artificial Intelligence models. Your data is intended for the sole purpose of generating your specific order.

4. TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE & DISCLOSURE

The Service utilizes industry-leading third-party cloud infrastructure and generative AI engines.

  • Infrastructure Liability: While we select partners based on high security and privacy standards, Twenty One West Inc. does not own or control these third-party systems. You acknowledge that we are not liable for the independent data policies, security breaches, or service interruptions of these external providers.

  • Global Processing: AI processing may occur on secure, distributed GPU clusters. By using the Service, you consent to this high-performance technical processing.

5. DATA RETENTION & PURGING

  • Temporary Storage: Uploaded likenesses and personalization data are stored on our processing servers only for as long as is commercially reasonable to ensure successful production of your product, including printing, shipping, and customer support.

  • Automated Purge: Once the fulfillment window has closed, this data is subject to automated permanent deletion from our active systems.

6. PARENTAL AUTHORITY & RIGHTS

By providing data or images of a minor, you affirm that you possess the legal authority to grant us a license to process that data. You may request an export or deletion of your personal account data at any time by contacting legal [at] little-star.co.
